Engineering trust and quality through decades of manufacturing experience

R B Technocrats began in April 2026 with a clear intention to build industrial equipment the way it should be built: honestly, precisely, and with the people who use it in mind. Yukta Sanikop brought sharp instincts for client relationships and market strategy from her years with global brands in Australia. Prathamesh Sanikop carried hands-on manufacturing wisdom from six years at Diffusion Engineers Ltd., one of India's most respected industrial names. Together, they assembled a team that doesn't just fabricate hoppers and conveyors they engineer peace of mind for plant managers who can't afford surprises during crushing season.

From a single fabrication unit in Agar, we've grown to serve clients like ISGEC Heavy Engineering, thyssenkrupp, and Triveni Engineering alongside sugar mills across Maharashtra, Karnataka, and international markets in Africa and the Middle East. ISO-certified, MSME-registered, and partnered with global brands like Lincoln Electric, SKF, and Newlong. But the number that matters most to us is this: every client who came back for a second project. That's the trust we engineer every day.

01 Documented QMS

Controlled documents guide every department: Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Quality Assurance Plans, Inspection & Test Plans, Material Inspection Standards, and technical specs including WPS, PQR, and WPQ. One playbook. Zero guesswork.

02 Project-Specific QAP

very project gets its own Quality Assurance Plan. It defines inspection stages, hold points, acceptance criteria, test requirements, and documentation protocols. Nothing moves forward without verification.

03 Inspection at Every Stage

Incoming material checks, in-process monitoring, and final inspection before dispatch. Full traceability. Calibration-controlled measurement. Corrective and preventive action when needed.
